FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is all of the equipment you use sterile?
Yes.....The needles we use are sealed in sterile packs and disposed of after each piercing.
We sterilise all of the other equipment we use in an Autoclave
(which is the only effective way to kill viruses such as HIV and Hepatitis B.)

Will I get an infection?
If you follow the aftercare instructions you are given you should not get an infection.
In the rare event that an infection does occur it is usually caused by touching the piercing with unwashed fingers or not following aftercare advice.
We have never known of an infection that was caused by our piercing techniques.

Does it hurt?
What is considered painful by one person could be nothing to the next.
Each individual has a different pain threshold.
Piercing should be very pleasurable and you should enjoy the experience.

Will you exchange my old jewellery for something new?
No... We do not exchange any jewellery.
